Throughout his career, Andrew has developed a deep understanding of the industry and the relationships, service and operational foundation required to build a successful staffing organization.
Today, he leads MBS with a focus on sustainable growth, strong client and provider relationships, and building a company where quality and people remain at the center as the organization grows.
A University of Florida graduate and Miami native, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and son and, when time allows, getting in a round of golf.
Stephen Black is the co-founder and Chief Sales Officer of MBS, bringing more than a decade of experience in healthcare staffing and locum tenens. An award-winning and record-setting locum tenens consultant, Stephen has successfully partnered with healthcare organizations to place hundreds of physicians throughout his career.
At MBS, Stephen leads the sales organization while helping develop the next generation of consultants. His approach is grounded in strong relationships, industry expertise and a commitment to providing exceptional service to MBS clients and providers.
A North Carolina State University alumnus, Stephen lives in Raleigh with his wife and two children.
